The project provides 2 units of handicap accessible and 6 units of family/workforce housing in Davis, WV. As with all Woodlands projects the units are constructed with green building practices and provide a healthy, energy-efficient, and affordable living environment. A local preference gives Tucker County residents priority for available units. Tenants pay for their own electric but water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent price.
